Chef’s homemade white onion and roast garlic soup, crispy onions and chive oil
Confit duck spring roll, mooli radish, carrot and charred spring onion salad, hoi sin dressing
Chicken liver and cognac pate, red onion chutney, pickled shallot, wild Italian rocket and sea salted ciabatta croute
Home cured Scottish salmon gravadlax, blinis, caviar, herb salad and vine tomato vinaigrette
Grilled asparagus spears, sourdough crumpet, tarragon Bearnaise sauce

Roast topside of local beef, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and roast gravy
Roast leg of lamb studded with rosemary and garlic, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes and roast gravy
Roast breast of chicken, creamed parsley mashed potato, garlic and pancetta kale and tomato jus
Herb crusted salmon, lemon and parsley new potato cake, sprouting broccoli, buttered spinach and black pepper cream
Red onion and courgette tart tatin, asparagus, rocket, goat’s cheese mousse, apple, walnut, apple cider vinegar and honey (v)

Pear and rhubarb trifle, pear and white wine jelly, boudoir biscuit, poached rhubarb, clotted cream custard and almonds
Pistachio olive oil cake, coffee and chocolate ganache, goats milk ice cream and strawberry compote
