Ryan began working in Gisborough Hall’s fine dining restaurant in 2015 whilst studying, also gaining experience in the bar and conference & events departments. In 2019 Ryan was promoted to Bars & Grill Supervisor and had since been promoted again to Bars Manager and Food & Beverage Operations Manager.
Ryan has a huge passion for animals due to his degree in BSc Animal Management. He loves being outdoors, walking and cycling and has recently climbed Snowdon and plans to tackle Ben Nevis soon. Ryan loves to travel and see new places, just as much as he loves to unwind with an evening of red wine and cheese!
