Salt baked celeriac and cider velouté, pickled apple and sorrel emulsion
Confit game and salt baked carrot terrine, carrot ketchup, redcurrant and rosemary chutney
Chicken liver and port wine pate, spiced pear jelly, melba toast and candied hazelnuts
Smoked mackerel and caper rillette, grilled mackerel, mustard gel and sour dough
To Follow
Traditional roast turkey, pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing, bread sauce, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and roast gravy
Roast sirloin of local beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables and roast gravy
Braised winter vegetable and Camembert wellington, wilted spinach, potatoes Lyonnaise, watercress and tomato cream
Roast monkfish, pea, tarragon and smoked bacon risotto, chicken bon bon, chicken crackling and herb chicken glace
All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables
To Finish
Steamed Christmas pudding, caramelised brandy sauce, cranberry compote
Pear and walnut Bakewell tart, white chocolate and vanilla mousse, caramelised clementines
Passion fruit and coconut custard torte, pomegranate frozen yoghurt, pomegranate molasses
