Whether your visit to Gisborough Hall is for business or leisure, our boardrooms and ballroom can accommodate a range of events from small meetings, exhibitions, to grand dinner dances.
Our events team are hugely experienced in helping plan product launches, annual conferences, press events and board meetings. They can advise on everything from room sets ups, to catering requirements, and ensure the smooth running of your event on the day.

The Madoc Suite
With its sweeping staircase, high ceilings and glistening chandeliers, the Madoc Suite ballroom is perfect for weddings, dinner dances, charity balls and birthday celebrations. The ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms which are ideal for conference syndicate rooms. In its entirety, the Madoc Suite has the space to accommodate an exhibition or full scale product launch.
With beautiful family oil paintings and mullioned windows overlooking the Cleveland Hills, The Longhull Room can host a private dinner for up to 30 guests.
With lovely views and neutral decor, the Priory is located in the Conference Centre. The room can host events for up to 40 people, or boardroom style meetings for up to 24. The Priory can be split into two separate spaces, each able to accommodate up to 10 people, and allows direct access to the grounds.
Naturally lit, the Waterfall Room at Gisborough Hall Hotel enjoys access to a private entrance, cloakrooms and lobby. The large table seats 18 and the room has a pull-down screen for presentations.
Cedar / Foxdale / Plantation
Each of these conference rooms are set up to accommodate a board meeting for up to 10 delegates.
The light and airy conservatory, with views over the Cleveland Hills is perfect for a pre-dinner drinks reception and has direct access to the rose gardens. The conservatory is also is an ideal area to breakout from a conference for coffee or lunch.
