Burn’s Night

Join us for a night of food, drink, music and dancing to celebrate the life and poetry of the Scottish poet Robert Burns.

Saturday 27th January, 6.30pm

~ Bagpiper playing on arrival
~ Four-course dinner
~ ‘Wee dram’ of whisky to address the haggis
~ Ceilidh band
~ Disco

Menu

• Start – honey cured smoked haddock, herb confit potatoes, spring onion and crispy onion salad
• Intermediate – Haggis, neeps and tatty, whisky cream
• Main – braised shin of beef, horseradish and parsley mashed potatoes, red wine salsify, garlic and smoked bacon Savoy cabbage, roast carrot and a whisky jus
• Dessert – Drambuie and blood orange jelly, Scottish short bread, vanilla and thyme set custard, crème Chantilly and whisky mac syrup
