Join us for an exclusive four course menu with wine pairing. The selected wines have been carefully chosen to complement the food, and as you dine your host will provide the story of each wine along with tasting notes.

~ Mackerel tartar, confit egg yolk crispy Parma ham and sour dough
~ Gressingham duck breast red wine braised salsify, butter confit cauliflower, truffled pommes anna, pickled wild mushrooms, kale and a hazelnut and rosemary jus
~ Dark chocolate fondant goats milk and honey ice-cream, lemon thyme honeycomb
~ Selection of local and continental cheeses, candied pecans, grapes, celery, chutney & biscuits
