Movement, Massage, and the Magic of Water
Water has long been celebrated as one of nature’s most powerful healers, and hydrotherapy has been used for centuries to support the body and mind. Our vitality pool brings this ancient wisdom to life through a carefully considered combination of therapeutic features. High-powered wall massage jets target key muscle groups with precision, melting away tension and improving circulation with every pulse. Beneath the surface, floor volcanos create a rising surge of warmth and movement that envelops the whole body, while the graceful arc of the swan neck massage delivers a soothing cascade of water across the neck and shoulders, one of the places we carry stress most deeply.
Energise and Invigorate
The warm, moving water gently encourages blood flow throughout the body, helping to ease muscle soreness, reduce stiffness, and support recovery. The hydrostatic pressure of the water works in harmony with the jets to reduce the feeling of tension in joints and limbs, leaving you feeling lighter and more mobile. It’s the kind of full-body refresh that’s difficult to find anywhere else.
A Balance of Calm and Vitality
Despite its name, the vitality pool is equally at home as a place of quiet restoration as it is of invigoration. There’s a quality to moving water that quietens the mind almost effortlessly.
The vitality pool is a natural companion to the other experiences across our thermal garden. Follow a session in the herbal sauna with a soak in the pool’s warm, therapeutic waters, or use it as an invigorating contrast to a cold water plunge. Each experience is designed to complement the next, guiding you through a journey that nurtures body and mind from beginning to end.
Step in, let the water move around you, and feel the difference that thoughtful, purposeful hydrotherapy can make.
