Christmas begins with a feeling - the excitement of counting down the days, the warmth of loved ones gathered around the table, and the clink of glasses as the season is celebrated together.

You’ll find the Christmas feeling in the laughter over a festive feast, the first sip of a winter cocktail, and the sound of Christmas music filling the room. It can be felt in the cosy glow of the log fire, the twinkle of lights on the spruce tree, and the comforting scent of mulled wine in the air.

A Cosy Winter Dining Experience

Winterland is our alpine-style hideaway - a place to get cosy and embrace the winter season. From your table you’ll have views of the frost-covered hills and inside you can get cosy under layers of blankets, in the glow of candlelight and fairy lights.

Raclette is the ultimate winter comfort; Alpine cheese gently melted and scraped over warm potatoes, bread, and delicious nibbles. It’s relaxed, social, and wonderfully indulgent.

Fondue is pure winter joy; a pot of rich, melted cheese kept warm at the table, ready for you to dip in chunks of crusty bread, potatoes, and other tasty bites. The sort of food that brings everyone together around the table.
