Our Commitment to a Sustainable Spa Experience

We believe wellbeing extends beyond the treatment room. Every choice we make, from the materials in our spaces to the products we use, is designed to support both our staff and guests’ wellbeing as well as the health of the planet.

 Thoughtful Spa Design

  • Natural materials such as cork, clay plaster and renewable softwood create a calm, breathable environment.
  • Bio‑based acoustic panels and low‑VOC finishes help maintain clean, healthy indoor air.

  Energy & Resource Conscious

  • Energy‑efficient LED lighting and adaptive scene control reduce consumption while enhancing your experience.
  • PRI sensor lighting in all back‑of‑house areas ensures lights are never left on unnecessarily.
  • A heat‑retention pool cover helps minimise energy loss outside operating hours.
  • Our spa and wider business are powered by renewable biomass energy.

  Circular Choices

  • Uniforms, totes, notebooks and water bottles are made from recycled or upcycled materials.
  • We partner with B Corp skincare brands who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices.
  • We prioritise local suppliers wherever possible, reducing transport emissions while supporting local industries.
  • We consolidate deliveries to reduce vehicle mileage and lower our carbon footprint.
  •  All glass and plastic bottles used on site are recycled.
  • We use refillable dispensers and large‑format amenities to reduce packaging waste.

How You Can Join Us

  • Bring your own reusable water bottle, refill stations are available throughout the spa.
  • Bring your own flip‑flops or spa footwear to help reduce single‑use waste.
  • If you purchase flip‑flops on site and leave them behind, we collect them for recycling and repurposing.

Together, we can create a more mindful, sustainable spa experience.
